You have two comfortable choices for fills: standard or premium. The premium fill is our exclusive cloud stuff goodness that equates to unmatchable comfort. To make a Relaxsak premium fill, the equivalent of about 8 bed pillows worth of synthetic, non allergenic cotton fiber is mixed in with our high quality mattress foam. The added comfort is well worth the investment.
